Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of your department. Duties:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls

- Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data

- Provide guidance and support to the team, including training and development opportunities

- Collaborate with other departments to develop and track budgets, forecasts, and goals

- Assist in strategic planning initiatives to drive business growth and profitability

- Stay updated on financial concepts, regulations, and industry trends

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of finance principles and practices

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
